Travel insurance including COVID-19 coverage: We recommend taking out travel insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung, which includes cancellation, quarantine/illness, additional costs for delayed arrival or involuntary vacation extension, vacation interruption and search and rescue costs.
Deposit
To confirm your booking we need you to make a deposit of 40% of the total cost per apartment. Payment is possibile by bank transfer and credit card.

- If additional people arrive a surcharge will be applied according to the price list. Overbooking is not allowed, please notify us of any changes before arrival.

At what time are the Check-in and Check-out at Apart Denise?
On the day of arrival the check-in is guaranteed from 4 p.m.
On the day of departure we need to ask you to check-out by 10 a.m.
How is the parking situation?
Free outdoor parking lots are available for you. If there is a parking lot available in the garage, feel free to use it.
What can i except from the apartments?
Bedclothes, towels, electricity and water are included in every apartment. Furthermore there are dishwashing untesilities, tea towels and dishwashing soap and dishwasher tabs in the kitchen of every apartment.
At a stay from 14 days we are changing the bedsheets, towels are changed once a week.
There is free access to the highspeed wireless internet access from every place at our house.
What for facilities can be used?
We have a playroom with table-tennis, a table-football and an separate playroom for children on the ground floor.
For a small charge we offer a wash and dry service for your clothes.
Are facilities especially for children and babys?
Yes, we offer a babypackage at request, which includes a crib, a highchair, suitable blanket and pillow, a diaper pail, baby-bathtub and a babytowel.
During your summer vacation the outdoor-playground with slide, swing and sandbox is free for use.
What can i find in the surrounding of Apart Denise?
In immediate vincintiy you can find a grocerie store, a restaurant, a doctor, a pharmacy and a bank.
The spa Erlebnistherme Zillertal offers reduced entry prices to guests of apart Denise.
There is an e-car loading station 150m away.
We offer a pickup service from the train station in Fügen at request.
Can i bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome in their own dogbed and only upon request. A fee of EUR 12,- per Dog/Day is charged. You can ask for a towel to dry the paws of your dog.
How can i enjoy the summer at Apart Denise?
During summertime you can use our garden with BBQ-Pit and playground for children.
Upon request we can offer you a covered place for your bicycle.
What does Apart Denise offer in winter?
During winter time there is a direct access to the ski bus stations next to Apart Denise***. We offer a ski-room with a modern skishoe-dryer and direct access to the paring lot.
As a guest of Apart Denise you can ask for special discounts, for example 20% discount at "Alpin Skiverleih" or a bonus of 10% at "SkiCHECK" for a skiing course.
